You have the option to have your gift certificate delivered in our gift box either direct to the recipient or to your own address. Alternatively, you can have an PDF certificate delivered to your email.

Gift Box – Physical Delivery

Once the payment is made a confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

The delivery charge on all orders is 20 AED.

We ship exclusively by courier direct to your door. We don’t deliver to PO boxes. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by incomplete address or missing phone number.

We commit to delivering your gift box anywhere in the U.A.E. in 1-2 business days however your order might be with you even within only few hours! Our courier will be in touch with you to schedule the delivery at your best convenience.

We even deliver on Friday and Saturday including all public holidays.

Electronic Gift Certificate – Email Delivery

If you opt for email delivery of a gift certificate it will be delivered to your inbox as a PDF with 24 hours of your booking being made.
